A better day than yesterday (4 degs and rain) 7 degs rising to 10. Mark found a grasshopper warbler just up from the white post, took me ages to hear it but finally did and saw it. A whitetghroat was also close by plus 5 wheatears.
Again up to the Coote meeting Steve Weeks (KWT), discussed signs and fence and disturbance. Sedges singing away but only one swallow seen.
